This application is required for any and all professional fireworks displays as well as flame effect before an audience within the Watch Hill Fire District.  This application is in addition to the State Fire Marshals office certificate of competency and is to be submitted within 30 days prior to the event. 

A fee of $50 shall be paid at the time of application by check or money order. 

Each display will be accompanied by a fire fighter detail how many and equiptment will be determined by the fire marshal.  If a barge will be used a additional marine unit will be assigned to the barge one hour before display is launched until all sheel have been expelled.  All details will be billed a minimum of three hours.
