WHFD Members Honored at Annual Banquet

Several members of the Watch Hill Fire Department were honored for their distinguished service and dedication to the department and the local community at the department's annual banquet which was held on Saturday September 23rd. The following members were recognized:

Member of the Year: Thomas Donoghue
Officer of the Year: Lieutenant Dennis Evans
Co-Firefighter of the Year: Joe Parilla and Lieutenant Rees Harold
Carl A. Greene Award: Firefighter/Fire Marshal Chris Moore
Charles S. Desillier Award: Joanne Nicholas
Shepard W. Simmons Award: Lieutenant James Nicholas

Congratulations to this years award winners. A special thanks to Cal Lord and Chris Wood for helping to organize this years banquet which was enjoyed by all.
