WHFD Conducts Additional Live Fire Training in Mystic

Thirteen members of the Watch Hill Fire Department participated in a second round of live fire training evolutions on Tuesday, June 6th, at the Mystic Fire Department. Our firefighters practiced hose advancement, fire attack, ventilation, and crew resource management under heavy heat and live fire conditions.

This invaluable training provides the resources and skills necessary to have the best firefighters we can have. We sincerely appreciate the dedication of our volunteer firefighters to train weekly. We also send our thanks to Chief Hilbert, Deputy Chief Manfredi, and the members of the Mystic Fire Department for inviting us to train with them.
