The Watch Hill Fire Department responded to a one car accident involving a rollover on Westerly Road by Everett Avenue early on Sunday morning. A local resident walking to church noticed the vehicle upside down behind a stone wall in the front yard of a mansion on Westerly Road and flagged down a passing police officer. The driver fled the scene but was located by Westerly Police a short time later. Firefighters remained on scene for approximately one hour while a tow truck operator worked to remove the vehicle.
